  “The owner screamed at me and hung up the phone when I called to complain about their crappy equipment. Then he threatened to ruin my wedding by coming to get his equipment if I didn't apologize. Apparently he missed customer service 101 in school. There are a lot of better options for tent rentals in the Kalamazoo area. Look elsewhere.”
