terrible customer service
“The owner screamed at me and hung up the phone when I called to complain about their crappy equipment. Then he threatened to ruin my wedding by coming to get his equipment if I didn't apologize. Apparently he missed customer service 101 in school. There are a lot of better options for tent rentals in the Kalamazoo area. Look elsewhere.” -

“Grosse Pointe Party Supply Tent Rental puncured my sprinkler system in my garden while staking. They said there was nothing they could do because we didn't have them marked. At no time did they ask if or where the lines were or even if we had sprinklers to be aware of. They said sorry about that and hung up. \nThe tent was delivered and put up in a timely manner. ”
