Avoid this company, seriously.
“IES, avoid at all cost even if you had to pay double from another vendor. we were hosting an event for 10,000 participants, the moment the crew showed up, we knew they were understaffed. Long story short, IES came in with a quote of 25% less than others, but in hindsight, you get what you pay for. It took the crew of four 16 hours to semi-finish the setup where others took 4-5 hours in the past. They came with only 75% of the items we ordered (and in the contract) and they came without even enough the basics like the nuts/bolts/nails to fully/properly set up what were in the contract. MIssing canopies, barricades, stair units for stages among other items, some canopies without the top support crown and leak, no reinforcement bars in the stages' legs to stabilize (would not have passed the fire marhsall inspection). They left the site after 16 hours, claiming they were going back to their warehouse to get more stuff, but did not hear from them or return my phone calls in the next two hours. Eventually, we had to hire a second vendor to come in and help setup and provide the missing items at the last minute, with extra costs. But by that time, our event programme was already delayed by two hours. Worst of all, they kept making excuses and blaming us for giving them incorrect delivery info even the info was all documented in our email correspondence, and then making up claims (that they had to carry the items more than 15 feet from their trucks) that were not in the original contract, and asked for additional labor charge onsite. The owner even hung up on me and calling me names. Bad equipment, bad planning, bad customer service.”

Be very careful....
“I hired this company for my wedding last August. Some items were missing. I asked for refund but never received it. \nThis is not a company you can count when it comes to an important event like a wedding.”
